Making an online reservation is easy.
Step 1
- Search and Find variety of hotels and resorts World wide by using our "Hotels Search' Function, or by selecting a country and city of your choice using the ‘Destination Search’.
Step 2
- Just complete the reservation form by click RESERVE NOW button, making sure that you give us your e-mail address correctly and sending it to us. As soon as we receive your request we will contact your chosen hotel/resort to confirm the reservation. It is our policy to reply to all your request within 24 hours.
Step 3
- A Travel Consultant will get back to you within 24 hours with availability confirmation and instructions on how to finalize your reservation.
If your plans change and you need to cancel your reservations, please let us know as early as possible so that we can notify the hotel/resort. See our Cancellation Policy. We aim to provide information and the most competitive room rates.

For Prepaid Rates
You will not be charged at the time of making reservation. But we will debit full amount to your credit card
For Non-prepaid Rates
On your credit card statement, the bill will appear is 'E-Biz Online Travel & Tours.', not the hotel/resort.
CONFIRMATION
For Prepaid Rates
We will send you a hotel voucher upon payment via e-mail. This voucher can then be presented upon check-in at the hotel/resort.
Please do not pay room charges at the hotel again. Since you already paid to us, you will only pay your personal expenses such as minibar telephone charges, laundry etc. and will be settled directly at the hotel/resort.
For Non-prepaid Rates
We will send you e-mail confirmation of your booking. You can print out the e-mail confirmation and present it to the hotel/resrot front desk upon checking-in. Or in the other way, you can show them your passport or advise your name at hotel/resort reception upon check-in.
